WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PORTRAIT SESSION?
Your session fee is due on or before your session date. We can take credit cards over the phone, or you can always drop a check off in the mail or in person.
WHAT IS A CONSULTATION?
This is where the excitement starts! We get to sit back, relax and talk about what we can do to tell your story. I want to know everything about you, your kids, your family, your house, your style - EVERYTHING! We will talk about clothes, and I would love to see images of your home so we can talk about certain wall spaces and plan for something that fits YOU. When your Session day arrives, we'll have a plan so everything goes smoothly--which means LESS stress for you. We can do this in person or over the phone or email if that's easier for you. This preparation is extremely important and makes the Session day go smoothly.
WHAT KIND OF INVESTMENT DO MOST FAMILIES MAKE?
Most of our clients invest anywhere from $500-$1200. Remember: everyone's needs are different - some spend a little more and some spend a little less.
I'M SO EXCITED! WHEN DO I GET TO SEE MY IMAGES?
You will get to see your images projected in a slide show set to music during your Proofing Appointment 7-10 days after your Session. I will help you with all of your final decisions on images and products that we have custom designed just for YOU. This is one of the BEST parts - so please feel free to bring as many people as you would like. But don't worry! If family lives out of town, a gallery of your favorites can be posted online for them to view after you have placed your order. 50% of your balance is due at the conclusion of your Proofing Appointment. We also offer a 15% discount on all orders paid in full.
CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE PROOFING SESSION?
We want you have a chance to relax and concentrate on the amazing images and products we've created for you, so you might want to arrange childcare for children under the age of 12. Or we can schedule your appointment when your children are in school.
I CAN'T WAIT! WHEN DO I GET TO BRING EVERYTHING HOME?
Quality takes time, so please allow 4-6 weeks from your order date for completion of your order. Custom designs and orders with framing will take longer. But it's worth the wait!
DO YOU ARCHIVE SESSION IMAGE FILES?
We archive your purchased images for one year. Images that are not ordered are purged from our systems monthly, in order to make room for new clients.
